When will copies of the new AKC Nite Hunt Regulations be available?
The Board of Directors of the American Kennel Club approved the Coonhound Regulations for Bench Shows, Field Trials, Nite Hunts and Water Races on Friday, February 11, 2005. We will be printing the regulation booklets and distributing them right away.
We will post the Nite Hunt rules on the Coonhound web site early next week as soon as the minutes of the board meeting are released.
We know you are going to love the new rules. We've taken the strong points of existing programs, entered some innovative approaches that address well-known problem areas and have a set of hunting rules that we believe are the easiest to understand and most practical this sport has ever seen.
